Gooding’s Catering began in the Spring of 1996 under the development and direction of Wally Collins. The team that has formed over the years is unsurpassed in providing exceptional quality of food and excellent service. The organization has a dedicated core staff of sales personnel, chefs, culinary specialists, banquet captains and servers.

Gooding’s Catering specializes in corporate accounts, major sporting events, special events, servicing several hotels in the area and private functions. Examples of some of these are the Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Florida Citrus Sports, the Bay Hill Golf Tournament (now the Arnold Palmer International) and the FUNAI Golf Classic at Walt Disney World. Gooding’s catering is also on the preferred caterers list for many facilities such as Lieu Gardens and LBV Watersports Complex.

Over the years Gooding’s Catering has gained the reputation of providing superb service and excellent food at a reasonable cost. Since all the events are held off-site of the business location in the Gooding’s Supermarket at 8255 International Drive in Orlando, each function is well planned and coordinated to ensure a successful event.
